Email Hosting

Email is the driving force of any business. If you obtain web hosting service email is provided for “free” and is included within you hosting fee.

However, what if your web hosting service goes down? What if there is a DDOS attack? What if your WordPress website gets hacked and your account is disabled by your web host? Such vulnerabilities are becoming more common than ever and companies are opting to get their email hosting separate from their web hosted files.

The two tech giants (Microsoft & Google) have entered into the email game long time ago with their Hotmail and Gmail free service. Both companies now offer a premium email service to your business domain name.

The idea is to have your email accounts ex: yourname@yourdomain.com hosted away from where your content is hosted. “Not having all eggs in the same basket” … providing further peace of mind.

Who would we recommend? Well it all depends if you want to spend additional monies or go with a free route.

If its a free route, feel free to use email accounts provided with your web hosting.

G Suite is straight forward. If you have used Gmail free email account service. Then you know how to work this particular email service. 30GB is dedicated to 1 user.

Enterprise Email solution is hosted on a separate dedicated server that is powered by OX, Juniper Networks, NetApp and Cloudmark. The dedicated server is away from your web hosting files. Please note that Enterprise email is hosted in USA. Check out a FREE PREVIEW to see our Enterprise Email in action. 30GB is dedicated to 1 user.

Microsoft Exchange 2016 email solution is hosted in Canada. You are capable of reading emails using your browser, or setting up your mobile, tablet, desktop, or laptop. If you are looking for a pure Exchange solution, this is the one you want. For this particular solution we only offer an annual commitment. 50GB is dedicated to 1 user.

As you can see major differences between the 3 is price, storage and commitment.

The only complaint in regards to going with external email provider is that pricing above is for 1 User. What does that mean? Well if you have yourname@yourcompany.com, and you want your co-worker to also have their account hosted yourcoworker@yourcompany.com they have to pay for 2nd user.
