Microsoft Exchange 2016 email solution is hosted in Canada. You are capable of reading emails using your browser, or setting up your mobile, tablet, desktop, or laptop. If you are looking for a pure Exchange solution, this is the one you want. For this particular solution we only offer an annual commitment. 50GB is dedicated to 1 user.

As you can see major differences between the 3 is price, storage and commitment.

The only complaint in regards to going with external email provider is that pricing above is for 1 User. What does that mean? Well if you have yourname@yourcompany.com, and you want your co-worker to also have their account hosted yourcoworker@yourcompany.com they have to pay for 2nd user.
